Forget Real Estate Investing For Now. Are You Scared To Invest In Yourself?

When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you feel confident in your abilities? Are you meant to be successful?

See I’m all about real estate and internet marketing but I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t make the most important investment of my life. I invested in myself.

I’ve listened to countless audio books (I hate reading), read a few good books and got a hold to some pretty great real estate courses. Because I took the time to do this, I invested in myself.

Now you may hear on the internet that many courses are scams but are they?

The fact of the matter is that this world is filled with people who don’t invest in themselves. They buy these programs, read them or listen to them and expect this push button system to automatically put money into their bank account. It doesn’t work like that.

One thing I’ve learned is that you don’t call something a scam until you exhausted every possible option to get a return on your investment. Once you’ve done that, you now have the right to call it a scam; but I wouldn’t tell the world that. I would simply let people know that I didn’t have much success with it.

Let them come up with their own assumptions. I use to call letter stuffing a scam. I just got it in the mail and after not getting what I wanted, gave up. Didn’t even try it. Maybe it’s working for someone. That lady made $30 off me so it was obviously working for her.

I’m not saying go out and buy every single course on real estate investing and try everything because that’s not the answer. You eventually have to take the time to focus on your education from these courses and take massive action. Put what you’ve learned to the test and exhaust every possible option until either it works or it doesn’t. No one makes money from sitting around calling stuff scams but us internet marketers.

Invest in yourself and get the greatest return on investment life has to offer.
