How To Find Cash Buyers and other investors On Facebook

Facebook; Just the name alone in these days in times is a powerful force. It’s the biggest site on internet right now and everybody and their mother uses it; literally. Well cash buyers and real estate investors use Facebook also and I’m going to show you some quick steps to using Facebook to flip some properties and make some good connections.



You should already have a profile set up and/or fan pages or groups. Whichever you use, they should be advertising your business that you buy and sell houses at wholesale prices. If not, do it now.



Finding cash buyers is not the easiest thing in the world. You have to sort of wait for them to respond on Facebook but here’s what I do.



Post frequently that you have properties that you need to sell and you’re looking for cash investors in (the area) to buy these homes from you. Change it up sometimes. If you have a property listed, make sure you share it to your wall a few times. This is great bait for finding cash buyers.



If someone likes your post, spark up a conversation with them and see what their interests are. Are they looking for properties or are they just one of those people that go up and down walls liking any post with a "Like" button (all of them).



If they respond back that they are indeed an investor, either keep chatting with them over Facebook or give them a number to give you a call. This can be the beginning of a beautiful business relationship.



I advise you to not continue to talk to them on your wall because everybody (other investors) can see this and may try to scoop up your buyer. Me personally, I would delete the post they commented on if they said something about buying homes. If they say something about it, just let them know it’s a completive market and you want build a strong business relationship with them by having the clarity that your next deal will be with them (and not another investor on Facebook. Don’t say this!)



You’ve just picked up a cash buyer on Facebook. Now it’s time to get them some properties and do it quick because real investors buy fast. You don’t want to miss out on the opportunity.
