Right now is one of the worse real estate markets in the history of the world. I've seen homes going for as low as $10,000. Well with homes going for those types of prices, its no wonder people with money to spend are going crazy because they see an amazing investment opportunity.

Right now banks aren't giving out loans unless you have a better than perfect credit score so the market is leaning towards investors who are paying cash for homes.

Whether you have lots of money or practically no money, there is a way for you to make money in real estate and I'm going to show you the way.

If you have money:

-Buy homes cash, fix them up and fiip them to a home owner or another investor for more money.
-Buy and hold waiting for the market to turn around so they can sell for a huge gain.
-Rent the properties for a great return on their money that banks don't even come close to offering with their interest rates
-Become a private money lender and fund someone who has the knowledge about real estate investing. In return, you get a percentage of the money once the deal is completely through; and all you did was let them hold it for a while

If you don't have money:

Wholesaling properties is the best way to make money without actually -having much to spend
-Using a private money lender to fund your deals.
-Being a bird dog
-Build your cash buyers list and market other investor deals

Theses are the ways to get into real estate investing no matter what you financial situation. You have to bring something to the table though. If you don't have money, you have to bring knowledge; No knowledge, they you have to bring the money.
